These energising classes are for those working at beginner or more advanced levels. The poses are varied in each class and moves are linked together to create a 'flow'.  The room is fairly toasty which allows the body to stretch more and allows for a faster detoxification process. You naturally, as a result, burn far more calories per class which, let's face it, most of us want, right?!

The breath is synchronised with the movement so stamina and grounding is enhanced plus a focus on building a stronger core and better strength all over the body

Restorative, calming, healing

Weds 1130am

This class is ideal if you are new to yoga or if you have an injury or if you just fancy a more gentle class. We look more in detail at the various poses and we link flows together gently and calmly. Naturally the pace of the class is slower giving everyone time to digest and understand the journey. The heat is turned down a touch but still warm enough to feel the benefits.

A fun and creative vinyasa class, taking you 360 degrees around the mat. With focus on an element, a chakra and a muscle group we can access parts of the body and mind that aren't stimulated when you move in a linear way

Come explore the magic of candle lit Yin with Nicole of Wandering Warrior every Wednesday evening at 18:45pm A quiet, contemplative, floor-based practice which works deeply into the body with longer, passive holds. Targeting the deepest tissues it releases stress and tension, encourages deep relaxation and brings balance to the organs through meridian stimulation, regulating the body's flow of energy. Expect soothing music, plenty of props, candlelight and essential oils.

Seasonal yoga, focusing on Autumn. Season of turning awareness back inward and letting go of the things that no longer serve us. Autumn is linked with the lungs and large intestine so we unite breath with movement and practice pranayamas to support our yoga practice.

Vim = lively or energetic spirit

Barre = a fitness class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of pilates, yoga and strength training. Classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves alongside static stretches. Barre includes repetition of full range and half range movements to lift the seat, tone the thighs, sculpt the arms, and burn fat.



Who is behind VIMBARRE?

My name is Sina.  I am a mom of 2 young kids who found her passion in the Barre workout 8 years ago in LA. Having enjoyed Barre for several years, I believed it was time to take on the teacher role and spread my love of this activity. I am qualified as an Exercise to Music instructor and have certification for Barreconcept as well.

🙏Ally is another Konasana Dome teacher who has recovered from a serious spinal injury! She has 3 prolapse discs and several hernias as well as facet joint disease. Like Alex, she was told by the doctors to give up all forms of exercise! However, same story, she persisted and found her recovery via Centergy. Since switching to this programme she can now function without the constant pain and repercussions.

Break it down!

Lets go back to basics. These classes go through different yoga movements and truly break them down. You will learn how to properly do each posture without feeling you have to rush to keep up with the rest of the class. You will establish a much more solid yoga foundation. In turn, you'll feel more confident, more flexible and stronger in both body and mind.
