Prenatal Yoga offers upcoming Mummies a chance to chill out, unwind, calm and destress through this often unnerving time. During pregnancy, yoga and meditation can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time and empowering the mother-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. 

Postnatal Yoga offers a chance to bond with your little one in a new way. It is also a great way to heal, strengthen and nurture yourself without needing a babysitter. It also gives you a chance to be part of a community of new parents. 

Family/Kids Yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to spend healthy, happy, quality time together in a unique way.
